Payment

We pride ourselves in providing the best customer service as possible.  You can place an order on the website, email, or by phone.  If the order is placed by phone we do require payment up front, cashiers check, or money order.  Pay pal is also accepted.  We will not start the order until payment is made.  

Backorders

If an item is placed on backorder after shipment of your initial order, it will automatically be shipped as the merchandise becomes available, unless we notify and tell you different.

Shipping

We normally ship the fastest and least expensive way (Fed Ex.).  Freight and handling cost are added to the invoice and must be remitted when payment is made for the order.  Delivery dates quoted are approximate and are subject to change but we will notify you if possible.

Returns

Connect Game Inc. take pride in selling first rate, top quality merchandise that has been rigorously inspected during the production process.  We work hard to prevent defective material and keep our defect rate percent zero or as close to zero as possible.  We realize that an occasional defect may occur.  If you encounter an unacceptable defect, please call our customer service for a return authorization and we will give you the address to send it to.  Write return on the outside of the box or carton and send it back to us.  We will replace the item or items at no additional cost.  Custom orders are not returnable.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise except for defective goods and shipping errors.  All merchandise contained on the Connect Game Inc. website is sold under the terms that Connect Game Inc. cannot and will not guarantee the user freedom from injury.  The user assumes all risks of injury relative to the use of our products.  No one at Connect Game Inc. can waive or change these terms.

Embroidery and Silk Screen

Connect Game offers custom embroidery and silk screening for all of our customers.  We can do anything from t-shirts, sweat shirts, sweat suits, hats, jackets, polos, etc.  We add our logo to any project that we work on, but if that is not preferred then other arrangements can be made.  We can embroider up to five colors in any design.  We can silk screen up to 6 colors in any design.  For any additional information please give us a call or email us for prices or quotes.
